Yes, we do, but please note that we do not provide return labels. Please include the invoice with a reason of return within the parcel. Once this has been received by our returns team, they will get in contact with you.
We accept refunds or returns within 7 days of purchase. Please send us the receipt or order number to email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will refund or replace the item if:
* Item is not physically scratched
* Item was bought from our store
* Item has factory defect
Please note that all products are sold with a minimum expiry date of 6 months, we expect customers to use the products within this time due to the treatment times that we sell. Customers are not eligible to request a replacement or refund if these are outdated 6 month since purchase.
